Dewatering screw and Auger

Stainless steel dewatering screw with seperate discharge screw conveyor mounted on 40 ft flat rack for easy transport.

The dewatering screw is 4.8mt long x 500mm dia with a 3 mm wedgewire screen. The flights have a rubber liner to help push the product through the screen.

The infeed end is a 200mm dia inlet with an overflow port. The Solids and liquid are screwd along on a 45 deg angle with the liquid passing through the wedgwire screen and the solids continuing along the auger where they are discharged out the end of the auger via a 300 x 500mm outlet.

The dewatered liquid is collected underneath the auger in a fibreglass catchment tray with a 200mm outlet.

The dewatering screw is driven by a 3kw 10 rpm geared motor.

The screw conveyor is mild steel (painted Green) which is also mounted on the flat rack and can be setup underneath the  solids outlet of the dewatering screw to load the solids into a bin or truck.

This screw conveyor is 4.4mt long x 280mm dia U trough type. Complete with a 2.2kw drive and a reduction box which drives the auger at around 23rpm.

The hopper on the screw is 1200 wide x 3.4m long.
