Used - Stainless steel insulated and Jacketed 500 lt mixing kettle, last used on chocolate to chill the product, but it could be used to cook a product through the water jacket. Mixer shaft has a paddle design for an even mix of product.

2inch outlet and two hinged lids for easy access to the top of the tank.

Electrical motor: 1.5kw 415V 50HZ

Gearbox: Input RPM 890 final speed is 29 RPM.
