Food-grade mixing and homogenising system from trusted IOPAK Process Systems. This skid-mounted unit integrates a jacketed mixing vessel (built to AS1210 Class 3 pressure vessel standard), an inline high-shear homogeniser, top-mounted agitator, 2 x Lobe pumps, and a full stainless steel control panel — everything needed to heat/cool, mix, emulsify, and transfer product in a single compact footprint. Ideal for dairy, beverage, sauce, condiment, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical processing applications. The jacket is rated to 300 kPa design pressure (458 kPa HTP) and 150°C, making it compatible with steam or hot water heating circuits.
