Complete Vacuum Transfer System for Powders

Efficient and reliable powder handling system with a transfer capacity of approximately 2 tonnes per hour.

System includes:

• Stainless Steel 4000L Silo – robust storage for bulk powder materials

• St/Steel Vacuum Transfer Head – equipped with integrated filters(reverse pulse) and timer controls for precise operation

• Rotary Valve – positioned below the header vessel for consistent material flow

• 5.5 kW Roots Blower – generates the vacuum required for efficient powder conveyance

• Vibrating Sieve – screens the powder discharged from the rotary valve and header vessel, ensuring uniform particle size

Performance:
Capable of transferring material horizontally up to 3 meters and vertically up to 5 meters.
