Motion and Mixing: The outer ribbon moves materials in one direction, while the inner ribbon moves materials in the opposite direction. This counter-current action ensures thorough mixing.
The ribbons' motion creates a convective mixing action, lifting and folding the material, which ensures uniform distribution of ingredients.
