Wet Food Processing Plant -Jam/Sauce

This plant was last processing Fruits and making Jams, Syrups and Sauce's.

It was built by APV in the Mid 2000's and has done very little work.

Plant consists of the following:

3 x APV St/Steel 3000lt Vacuum steam jacketed processing cookers

2 x APV St/Steel 2000lt Scrape surface Steam jacketed kettles

2 x APV St/Steel 500lt Mixing tanks

6 x APV St/Steel Lobe pumps and centrifugal pumps

Stainless steel platform with stairs

Various processing valves and pipework

Dual feed auger system for Raw Materials

All tanks are on load cells with an Allen Bradley PLC control board.

Fillers and other equipment available.
