Polaris presents the BO2 automatic bottling line, offering exceptional flexibility at a highly economical price point. Designed to accommodate a wide range of container formats, the BO2 can handle PET and glass bottles of any shape, as well as cylindrical, square, and rectangular metal cans.
As with all Polaris systems, format changeovers are fast and straightforward, requiring only simple adjustments with no need to replace machine parts. This ensures minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
The line has a nominal production capacity of 500 bottles per hour (based on 750 ml bottles with a stable base). It supports container volumes from 100 ml up to 5 litres. The standard configuration processes bottles from 100 ml to 2 litres, while the Large Formats version is capable of filling cans and demijohns up to 5 litres.
Developed by Polaris Automazioni, the BO2 is ideally suited for small producers seeking a reliable, low-cost bottling solution for glass, PET, and metal containers.
