Stainless Steel Multi-Tier Belt Dryer
High-quality stainless steel belt dryer designed for continuous drying of food and other suitable products. Featuring a variable-speed conveyor, the dryer allows the residence time to be adjusted to suit different products and moisture levels.
The unit is fitted with a 300mm wide food-grade stainless steel wire mesh belt with a 10mm mesh opening. The five-tier conveyor design provides approximately 7.5 metres of total conveying length within a compact footprint, maximising drying efficiency.
Heating is provided by electric elements with fan-forced air circulation to ensure even heat distribution throughout the drying chamber. Temperature is controlled via an adjustable thermostat, with a maximum operating temperature of approximately 50°C.
