Product overview

Bosch Horizontal Flow Wrapper confectionary line

This Horizontal flow wrapper line has had very little use whilst in a large factory running trial products. The line was set up for small Chocolate bars but would suit protein bars, muesli bars and a range of other Confectionary/Health bar type products.

The line consists of two large infeed conveyors where the product was dumped on to a sorting conveyor, which directed the chocolate bars from multiple rows into a single row. From there two chicaning conveyors correct the bars into a single lane and feed the bars into the timing conveyor. After this the bars are feed into the Flow wrapper and sealed and can move into a secondary packaging machine (this is not available.)
