The Honda Continuous Kneader combines kneading, mixing, feeding, and returning functions into a single unit.
The Honda Continuous Kneader overcomes the limitations of batch-type kneaders, such as dust generation, uneven kneading and mixing.
Three types of paddles, set on a pair of rotating shafts, provide ideal continuous kneading and dispersion. Furthermore, the same-direction type allows for self-cleaning because the paddles rotate with minimal clearance between them or between the paddles and the barrel. Maintenance is also easy, as the shafts can be easily removed with the paddles still attached.
