Dual Roller Granulator.

Suitable for making fertilizer granules 2mm in size.

Powdered material is fed into the top of the two rollers, they compress the material into small granules, the moving fingers below the rollers breakup the sheets of granules into individual pieces.

Capacity 1-5 tonne per hour.

15kw drive motor 415V

Roller Speed 67rpm  Roller Gap adjustable.

Feed material size needs to be less than o.5mm

Output granule size is 2mm diameter.

Hopper input for feed material is 200mm x 100mm.

Runs Well.
