Hosokawa Micron Feather Mill (Hammer Mill)- Recently overhauled and fitted with a 4 kw 415v 1450rpm motor.

These mill are designed to grind food, pharmaceutical and chemical materials. The knife hammers grind the feed of max. 10cm down to 100 micron level without generating fine dust. Product size is controlled by the screen size. Due to the grinding principle of cutting, heat generation in the mill chamber is negligible and suitable for grinding heat sensitive material. 

Fitted with the slide easy function which can loosens the belts and allow for a quick change over to a different size pully when speed adjustment is required.

Machine is fitted with a DOL starter and a 1mm SS screen

All contact parts are 316L SS.
