The vertical basket centrifuges of the type DZF Pull Action Filter centrifuges are designed for different applications in solid-liquid separation. The discharge system is a Ferrum innovation (patented) and functions without using a scraper knife.

Vertical Ferrum DSZ Basket centrifuge with a max bowl speed of 950 RPM, bottom discharge, gastight, 2.47 m2 filtration area, 500 kg max load,built in a sanitary design. 22 KW motor 460/3/60/1750 RPM, pneumatic heel cake removal feature, hydraulic power pack for lid lifting.

Prior use: Pharmaceutical. Excellent condition.

Gentle product treatment - no crystal breakage
No residual heel since this is also removed by stretching the filter cloth
The filter cloth is only stretched for discharging, not inverted. Therefore, the mechanical strain of the filter cloth is comparatively small.
The discharge sequence is carried out within the basket. For this reason, the centrifuge housing remains free from centrifuged product.

The dimensions and the weight of the Pull Action Filter centrifuge are significantly smaller than for a comparable horizontal filter centrifuge.
The Pull Action Filter centrifuge is less expensive than a comparable horizontal centrifuge with inverting filter cloth mechanism.
Suitable for potentially explosive areas according to directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX)
