Nederman FilterBox portable welding fume and dust extractor for capturing and eliminating welding fumes and dust at source.

The Filterbox was developed to cater for two important criteria offering a simple and flexible solution to the portable capture of fumes and dust generated from manufacturing operations such as welding fumes, metal oxides, talcum powder, pigments, lime and grinding dusts.

The FilterBox is a compact filter already established in the market is unique in its application range. It has filter cartridge with 13m² area and unique cleaning system by scraper blades.

FILTERBOX with auto cleaning The automatic Filterbox is equipped with a Full Self Management Control System, monitoring every aspect of reliability, efficiency and maintenance, i.e. the current air flow and last clean. The filter is automatically cleaned when air flow falls below a preset, predetermined level. When cleaning is required, the system fan is also deactivated.

The cleaning is carried out by a motor turning the filter cartridge against the cleaning pads that carefully and gently dislodge the dust off the filter allowing it to fall into the Filterbox container.

This unit was last used in a food manufacturing facility.
