EBSRAY MD100 Internal Gear Pump – Variable Speed, Jacketed, Stainless Steel Trolley Mounted
This used EBSRAY MD100 Internal Gear Pump is a versatile positive displacement pump designed for the smooth, low-shear transfer of a wide range of liquids, including viscous products such as oils, syrups, chemicals, food products and other industrial fluids. Internal gear pumps are well known for their ability to deliver a consistent, pulse-free flow while maintaining excellent suction performance.
The pump is driven by a 3 Phase, 415V, 1.5kW SEW Movimot variable speed geared motor, allowing the speed to be adjusted from 0 to 511 RPM to suit varying flow rate requirements. The pump features a jacketed housing, enabling temperature control of the product where heating or cooling is required to maintain viscosity.
Mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel trolley, this package is easy to move around the plant and is supplied complete with a Direct-On-Line (D.O.L.) starter, making it ready for installation and operation.
