Product overview

One shot Knobel depositor boxer type, 2 x 12 pistons. 40mm.

Complete Line, includes depositor, vibrating conveyor and  cooling tunnel conveyor approx 30m  long x 1 m wide.

Belts need to be replaced .

The capacity is dependent on size of deposit and number of deposits per mould.
 
For 100g blocks with 10 cavities per mould in a 5 blocks x 2 deposits/mould format the knobel was capable of running 10 moulds per minute. 
 
For 12g solid eggs, the mould was 144 cavities in a 12 x 12 layout. With this layout  the depositor could achieve 1.75 moulds per minute.
 
Both of these formats are 20 deposits per minute.
