LPG-10 Spray dryer
This dryer was last used on plant proteins.
Filtered hot air enters the drying tower in a spiral. Liquid is pumped into the top and atomized into droplets by a high-speed centrifugal atomiser. Droplets and hot air flow in parallel, evaporating moisture to form powder. Dried powder is collected via a cyclone separator.
