Plastic Pipe Production Extruder – 3D Printing Filament Extruder
This is a ready-to-run plastic pipe extruder manufactured in January 2021 by Zhangjiagang Friend Machinery Co., Ltd, one of China’s established extrusion equipment producers. Configured for PP pipe production, the machine includes the main FLD-45 single-screw extruder, integrated hopper dryer with vacuum loader and all associated control panels. The main drive features an ABB ACS710 variable frequency drive for smooth, precise speed regulation, and the machine carries CE certification. In as new condition as it was never used in production, this extruder represents an excellent opportunity for a plastics manufacturer looking to expand pipe production capacity without the lead time or cost of new equipment. It was originally designed to manufacture the nose pieces on face masks, however by fitting a different die, other applications could be applied.
