Complete Fruit & Vegetable Washing, Milling & Pressing Line

This high-performance processing line is designed for efficient washing, shredding, and juice extraction from fruits and vegetables. It consists of three primary components:

1.     Stainless Steel Washer with Incline Conveyor

o  Wash trough: 2 m long × 700 mm wide

o   Incline cleated belt: 400 mm wide

o   Produce is loaded into a water-filled wash trough where powerful blowers push it towards the incline conveyor. The cleated belt lifts the cleaned produce into the next stage.

2.     Voran RM2.2 Centrifugal Shredding Mill

o   Processes washed produce into a fine mash/pomace.

o   Throughput: approx. 1,000 kg/hour.

o   Designed for continuous feeding directly from the washer conveyor.

3.     EBP 350 Screen Belt Press

o   Extracts juice from the mash/pomace using a pneumatic belt tensioner, automatic belt control, and high-pressure belt cleaner.

o   The adjustable metering box applies mash evenly to the belt for optimal pressing.

o   A scraper removes the spent pomace at the end of the cycle.

o   Juice passes through a final sieve before being sent to storage or filling.

o   Throughput: approx. 300 kg/hour.
