Brand New – Inclined Stainless Steel Screw Feeder
Heavy duty inclined screw feeder designed for reliable and controlled transfer of powders, granules and other free-flowing bulk materials. This unit is ideal for feeding product from ground level into elevated process equipment such as mixers, hoppers, packaging machines or storage bins.
The system features a stainless steel feed hopper with an integrated vibratory motor to promote consistent material flow and prevent bridging or product build-up. The hopper has a 60 litre capacity and a top diameter of 550mm, with the hopper inlet positioned approximately 700mm above ground level for convenient manual loading or upstream feeding.
Material is conveyed via an 80mm diameter stainless steel screw auger housed within a fully enclosed tube. The auger runs on an incline, delivering product to a discharge height of approximately 2.4 metres, making it suitable for feeding elevated equipment or mezzanine-mounted systems. The overall auger length from inlet to outlet is 3.1 metres, providing a gentle conveying angle that helps maintain product integrity.
The feeder is constructed entirely from SS304 stainless steel, making it suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical, and other hygienic applications.
Drive is provided by a 1.5kW 415V geared motor, operating at 140 RPM, delivering smooth and reliable conveying performance with low maintenance requirements.
Typical throughput capacity is approximately 1–2 m³ per hour, depending on the characteristics and bulk density of the product being conveyed.
