• GEA Balance tank, valves, interconnecting pipework and electrical controls.
• 15kw LKH alfa Laval feed pump rated at 30,000lt p/hr.
• 7.7kw LKH alfa Laval circulation pump rated at 15,000lt p/hr
• 2 x Koch Membrane 5" Hollow fibre cartridge filters with each having a filtration area of 6.1m2. 
• Approx plant capapcity is 10,000lt milk per hour.

Tetra Alcross Bactocatch unit is designed for continuous in-line bacteria and spore removal. In dairy applications the Tetra Alcross Bactocatch unit is typically installed in-Line with a Tetra Therm Lacta pasteurizer unit or similar. The three main areas for the usage of the Tetra Alcross Bactocatch units are:

- Bacteria and spore removal from skim milk; for additive free cheese making.

- Bacteria and spore removal from skim milk; for improved and premium quality ESL milk products.

- Bacteris and spore removal from Whey; for improved quality of Whey products.
