The Cocoa Fat Melting Tank is used for melting solid cocoa butter to liquid. Can be used to melt wax or other products.

The tank has three bays each measuring 750mm x 700mm and a melting grid for melting solid blocks of cocoa butter. Each bay has a volume of 300 litres each. 

The internal elements heat the water which is circulated throughout the jackets of the machine.

Unit also has jacketed discharge piping system.

Unit is in excellent condition.
