The UB universal separator is used for a wide range of seeds, cereal grains, legumes, grass seed, and vegetable seed.
In standard construction, the UB machines are delivered with the following features.
The machine is fitted with inlet and feed roll with mechanically variable speed drive. The aspiration system consists of pre- and final air channels with two aspiration chambers and two waste screw conveyors. A false air valve is standard and important for balancing the air flow for a wide range of seeds. The screen system consists of one sieveboat with one short scalping screen layer (one screen part), one long scalping screen layer, and one long sand screen layer (each three screen parts). All screens are rubber ball cleaned. With fixed speed drive, motor, and valve pipe for mounting of fan (optional). The machine is of steel construction with sieve boat of laminated wood.
