Webtech weigh feeder batching plant

1500lt batching hopper with a Webtech WT1700/750 Weigh feeder.

This batching plant can be used to weigh/batch most dry materials that can be loaded into the hopper. The Webtech weigh feeder would then feed out the programed weight off the belt which could be feed into a bag or bin.

The system is mounted to a 20ft Flat rack container which makes it portable and has a current CSC safety name plate attached to the flat rack.

The hopper is 1500mm x 1500mm x 1200mm deep and would hold approx. 1500lt 

The Webtech conveyor is 1700 long x 750 wide and the discharge height is 1100mm from the ground.

The total height from the hopper to the ground is 3.2m and the width is 3.3m widem at the wodest point.

The system has fixed inspection platform fitted to it as well as controls and VSD for the conveyor belt speed.
