NEW – Dewatering Screw Press
Heavy-duty dewatering screw press designed for efficient separation of liquids from solids across a wide range of slurry applications. Featuring a robust stainless steel auger and heavy-duty stainless steel wedge wire screen, this unit delivers reliable performance while reducing waste volume and improving material handling.
Slurry is fed into the inlet hopper where the screw auger conveys the material through the dewatering screen. Liquid is discharged through the 110mm drain outlet beneath the machine, while dewatered solids are compressed and discharged from the end of the screw. An adjustable counterweight system on the discharge end provides back pressure, allowing the dryness of the discharged solids to be optimised for different products.
