Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Screw Press – High-Efficiency Dewatering System
This industrial screw press is designed for the continuous dewatering of vegetable waste and other organic materials, delivering reliable performance in demanding processing environments.
Material is fed through the top-mounted hopper and conveyed along a screw through a 500-micron stainless steel wedge wire screen (200mm diameter). As the material advances, liquid is separated and discharged beneath the screen, while the remaining solids are progressively compressed and expelled through the adjustable discharge outlet.
The spring-loaded outlet pressure system allows operators to fine-tune the compression level to suit different material types, maximising liquid extraction and improving overall efficiency.
