Available for immediate purchase is a GEA Niro MVR/TVR Evaporation and Spray Drying Plant, complete with a TVR finisher stage and compact spray dryer. The system has previously been run on dairy applications including skim milk powder, instant skim milk powder, whole milk powder and instant whole milk powder. It is equally suited to processing products such as buttermilk powder and fat filled milk powders.
This fully integrated concentration and drying line has been designed for continuous, energy-efficient operation across dairy, food, chemical and pharmaceutical applications. The configuration combines Mechanical Vapour Recompression (MVR) with Thermal Vapour Recompression (TVR) technology to maximise heat recovery, optimise steam usage and maintain consistent product quality. The result is a flexible production platform capable of handling a range of formulations and output requirements.
The plant remains installed and can be inspected, final performance parameters may vary depending on operating conditions and product specifications.
This configuration enables effective vapour reuse, reducing overall steam demand while maintaining stable product quality.
The plant has had major upgrades along its life span, including a rebuild to the CDI-800 + BF in 2005 and installation of a new GEA Baghouse in 2007.
