Powersteam Shrink sleever

Sleever International shrink sleever machine, last coupled to a Krones sleevmatic running a variety of diffferent products, including mount franklin PET bottles, Coke 600ml PET bottles and many more. Speeds of up to 400 bpm, this unit uses Steam injection to heat and shrink the plastic film over a PET or glass bottle.

Unit is 6mts long with a 125mm wide slat conveyor belt, which are controlled via VSD for speed control of the conveyor.

Unit is fitted with steam control valves and pressure reducing valaves and a fan to remove moisture which are controls via air dampeners.

All stainless steel contact parts with guarding and interlock doors.
